About Me

Hi, I’m Nichole—wife, mom of five, NICU nurse, and postpartum support specialist based in West Point, Virginia.

As a mama of five, I know that bringing a new baby home is one of the most exciting moments in life—but it can also feel overwhelming. Every family’s journey into parenthood looks different, and having the right support during those early days can make all the difference. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps families feel confident, supported, and cared for during this special transition.

My passion for newborn care began while attending nursing school in 2010. At the time, I was raising two young daughters while working full-time night shift in the ED & med/surg. During my clinical preceptorship in the NICU, I discovered where my heart truly belonged. After graduating, I was so grateful to receive an offer for full time nights in the same NICU. Here I spent eight years caring for premature and medically fragile babies and supporting their families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

In addition to my NICU experience, I have also worked in adult and pediatric home health, including caring for medically fragile infants. These experiences deepened my understanding of how important education, reassurance, and compassionate guidance are for families adjusting to life with a new baby.

My family is everything to me. We live in West Point with four of our five kids (our oldest goes to Virginia Tech- GO HOKIES), & our sweet little grandson, who brings endless joy into our lives.

Our family wouldn’t be complete without our four dogs-two Great Danes (Aspen & Denver), my daughter’s new puppy (Tully), and a very opinionated senior Yorkie (Darby). We also have two cats, Juniper & Remi, and our newly acquired chicks & ducks. 

Starting a postpartum support business has been a longtime dream of mine. I feel incredibly grateful to now be able to combine my professional experience and personal passion to help families during one of the most life-changing experiences of their lives. Supporting parents as they welcome their new baby home is truly an honor.
