In-Home Postpartum Services:

-Expertise in postpartum health (postpartum doula)
-Newborn care assistance (eight years NICU RN experience)
-Establish feeding routines
-Lactation consultation and support
-Overnight care/sleep training 
-Evidence based education
-CPR training/certification (coming soon)
-Emotional well being checks and support/mental health awareness
-Family planning advice
-Household support: Light housekeeping, meal prep, and organizing baby-related tasks
-Referral to other healthcare professionals when needed
